Real Estate Marketing and Sales Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator who speaks English and Mandarin to join our team that is willing to learn and grow in a quickly expanding Real Estate Investment Company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background working in social media, event planning and web design.

 

Job Description/Duties:

a) Plan and establish monthly and annually promotion events to existing clients

b) Update marketing content using various medium and communication tools, on company websites, social media platforms, apps, brochures, newsletters, etc.

c) Monitor closely of the digital ecosystem of the company on all public social media platform, adapt quickly to assist other departments to deal with public relationship

d) Coordinate and prepare specific activities to greet new vendors , maintain a long-term relationship with clients

e) Assist vendors with website updates and maintenance, perform smooth communication both internal and external to ensure compliance with the budget and timeline

f) Gather information of latest property market trends, policies changes of buying and renting, and report to department manager

g) Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by the company

h) Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies and other events for faculty and staff

i) Able to work 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year

j) Working location: Scarborough, Ontario

k) Start date: As soon as possible

l) Other duties as required

 

Required Skills/Experience:

Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines and project requests with attention to detail

Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing for diverse audiences

Demonstrated understanding of Google Analytics will be better

Demonstrated experience in marketing and internal/external communications, social media, video development and teleconferencing

Advanced knowledge of the Event Planning industry

Ability to work independently within established accountability and timeline guidelines

Valid G driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner while carefully observing all traffic rules and regulations

Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others

Ability to process complex time-sensitive data and information from multiple sources, following an event from inception to completion

 

Qualifications:

Graduate from recognized program is an asset

3 to 5 years related work experience is preferred

Ability to speak, read and write both English and Mandarin proficiently

Excellent organizational skills are required with attention to details

Ability to establish priorities and work under pressure to meet project deadlines

Solid report writing, communication and presentation skills

Effective problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work with staff, build and maintain good working relationships with a team

Able to adapt to change, exhibits flexibility and sound judgment
